Battle
This dance was choreographed by Bob Gendler for the song "The Battle Belongs to the Lord", but it works great as a simple Interchangeable with many songs.
Each numbered step takes four beats of music.

- (facing inward) {holding hands} Mayim L (starting with R foot crossing in front of left foot)
- (facing LLOD) {hands on hips except for snap on count four} Sidestep R, step with L foot behind right foot, sidestep R, snap while touching L heel beside right foot with left toe pointing leftward (note: you have moved into the center by three steps)
- {hands on hips} Three-count turn over left shoulder L-R-L to get back out of center, then touching R heel beside left foot with a slight bounce on the right foot
[repeat]
Part B
- (facing inward and slightly LLOD) {hands held high} Take one triple step ("cha cha step") R-together-R, leading with the right shoulder, then pause
- (facing inward and slightly RLOD) {hands held high} Take one triple step ("cha cha step") L-together-L, pivoting on the first step to be leading with the left shoulder, then pause
